Discussion
This amendment abolished slavery in the United States.
We hope that there is not a single person left who will say that slavery was a good thing.
We are glad this amendment exists and hope that no future generation over-turns it and brings back the abomination existed prior to the Civil War.
Slavery was deplorable and should have never been a reality. Hopefully it will never be a reality again.
